You can call us at 781.670.7668 to schedule an appointment.  If you are comfortable surfing on the internet, we will provide you over the phone with a password so that you can securely enter your medical record in advance online and save time. Or you can also just come in half an hour earlier to fill out the paperwork.  The choice is yours.  Our patient coordinator Katy and Dr. Chuang will be glad to help you one way or the other.
